Big changes, huh? We re-wrote our online store from scratch, and as you can see, there are lots of changes! However, there are even bigger changes you CAN'T see! We changed our web platform and our server architecture, and the entire way the product catalog is structured, which resulted in a need to break clean from the old store and move forward!

CP has a brand new store! Start fresh with a new account in just one minute! Existing members can choose the same username and password from our old site if you want, but you do need to go through the "Start NEW account" process to get started in the new store.
Purchase history - Your old account is still there!
The old CP Store is now available at http://retro.contentparadise.com. You will always have access to your old account with all of your saved purchase history for orders placed prior to June 1, 2009. You just log in with your old username and password to visit your MyStuff page.
We also provide a link to that site in your NEW Account - so you can pop over to visit your old purchase history whenever you need to from your new account.
Download access to old purchases - Good news and bad news.
Through July 1, 2009, you can visit your old Account at http://retro.contentparadise.com and download any of the files associated with your previous purchases if you haven't done so already. But after July 1, the huge file server that supported the old store is going away, so all the download links will become inactive.
The good news is that almost all of our artists have come and set up their products in our NEW store, so they obviously have new product id's, and the files are available to us, just in a different location. And with a quick note to our Customer Service team we will always try to help you get access to something you may need from your purchase history to the best of our ability.
Same is true for the Extended Download Service that you may have purchased for your software downloads. We won't be able to keep the download link live in your old purchase history, but we will gladly provide another method of access to the file you bought. Just send a quick note to our Customer Service team!
Coupons - First, set up a new account - then just import them over!
The unexpired coupons you may have had in your account in the old online store will need to be IMPORTED into your new account in the new online store. The first step is to set up your new account, then at the bottom of your account summary page click the button "Import Coupons". You'll be asked for your old username and password and it will automatically set up all your unexpired coupons in your new account.
Spending unused gift certificates - Lots of options.
You may have an unused gift certificate or two in your account in the old online store. Unfortunately, they will not work in the new store, but we have several options for you to choose from to go about redeeming them. Will there still be a First Friday Bazaar?
Yes! June 5th and the first Friday of every month all year, our popular event has been expanded and improved based on feedback from buyers and sellers. The First Friday Bazaar will now run 96 hours from Friday at 12:01am to Monday at 11:59pm Pacific Time giving you FOUR FULL DAYS to swipe up content at a deal! On top of making the sale longer, we've made the sale price for all participating content only $1.99 each. Removing many restrictions that were holding sellers back, there is no more 90% off with complicated math, and you will know when to come shop for deals and what you will pay every month!
What happened with the First Friday Bazaar for June?
Unfortunately, there was an engineering glitch that caused the sale pricing to be removed at 12:01am on 6/8/09 instead of the advertised 11:59pm. We apologize to both our buyers and sellers for this confusion. This issue has been fixed and the sale dates for July will function correctly based on seller entered dates. We have promised buyers that we would work with sellers to request that the same or similar content be offered again next month, if at all possible. We are also working on a better way for these products to be grouped and linked for July so they can be better located by buyers. Please note: Sellers are still responsible for setting the start and end dates for the sale and setting the discount amounts using the sale manager.
